The building is quiet and sits on a one way street which decreases the amount of traffic and noise. It is located within walking distance from many shops and restaurants and is just minutes away from The Pike and the nightlife on Pine Avenue. I absolutely love this apartment. It is very cozy and provides the perfect amount of space for 1-2 tenants. The only downside to living here is that it does not come with its own parking spot.
