Downtown Long Beach

135 Bonito Ave. is a great place to live if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable home in downtown Long Beach. The building itself has 18 units which most, I believe, are advertised as "1 bedroom" units. I would consider my unit a "Jr. 1 bedroom" meaning the living room and bedroom are two separate living spaces, but only separated by a doorway. The unit contains a living room area, bedroom area and walk-in closet, all of which have the original dark hardwood flooring, updated windows ...
and blinds, and large ceiling fans. The unit get lots of natural light. There is a full bathroom with black and white tile throughout and a kitchen that has a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, sink, plenty of cabinet space, and a granite countertop. The building is quiet and sits on a one way street which decreases the amount of traffic and noise. It is located within walking distance from many shops and restaurants and is just minutes away from The Pike and the nightlife on Pine Avenue. I absolutely love this apartment. It is very cozy and provides the perfect amount of space for 1-2 tenants. The only downside to living here is that it does not come with its own parking spot.
