Not happy with living here at all. Can not get ahold of anyone to fix anything . A roach problem that has gotten out of hand. Over priced and nothing up to date. Send emails , text and calls no response to home office in California, or office in Ohio even show up at office and no one has been there to speak too. Do not recommend this place at all

I have had problems literally since day one they called us and told us the apartment was ready for us to move in, so we got a truck i took the day off. we got to the apartment with our stuff and there was 10 different people in my apartment talking about they weren't finished yet, i was livid.The buildings are very old and out dated, there's leaks electrical issues and to make matters worst when you have a problem these people don't really care they either take their precious time or they ...

just constantly keep forgetting about you and think its funny and except able. i filed a complaint about and issue i was having for months and nobody had done anything about and the lady from property management got on there and tried to lie on us and say that we were never home which her and i both knew was a bold face lie. the truth is the maintenance people tell you a day that they are coming and show up 3-4 days later and expect you to drop what you're doing so they can do what they were suppose to do a week ago!!!!!!! oh and don't let me forget the rent was 500$ when we moved in and its now 600$ which i wouldn't mind if this place wasn't such a dump!
