Lived here for almost 10 year, with no real issues.
January 9, 2024Of course, you need to keep your expectations to what you're paying for. This is not a luxury apartment complex, the building is pretty average. The pool is kept very clean, but its sad and no one uses it. The laundry room isn't fancy, but its controlled by an app, so you don't need coins. The security gates/doors are pretty weak, but I haven't had any packages being stolen. That being said, for the price, I think it's an excellent value. Maintenance is fantastic, always very quick to respond ...and fix things. They've barely raised the rent on me, in almost 10 years of living here. The neighborhood isn't great, with all the homeless and addicts, but I've personally haven't had much issue. There's a ton of food and groceries within walking distance. My one big complaint is that the bedroom windows are still old single-pane windows, so noise/outside temperature come right through.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
