Probably best to get an upstairs unit because, If you get an downstairs unit you will hear a lot of noise from the unit on top very poor installation I would hear my neighbors footsteps and phone conversations and I could hear when they would cough

These apartment layouts are nice. They are all 1 bedroom apartments and the bedroom is as big as I’ve seen for a rental. The walls are really thin though. I could hear the neighbor snoring next door and the upstairs neighbor’s foot steps and noise are unbearable. I don’t know why this is isn’t regulated but the garbage trucks seem to come as early as 6 in the morning so good luck if you sleep past that time. The property is well kept and the apartments are clean but the noise is too much.
