The management is horrible. They never fix things right away and the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Lived here over a year and from the moment I moved in, there were already issues, my apartment wasn’t even renovated as supposed to when I moved in. My shower was broken and had yellow water for over a month till it was fixed. Manager “informs” that your water and gas is covered get my gas got turned off months into living cause I was supposed to be paying it which I was lied to ...
about. The washer and dryers always break down and are horrible for 2.25 PER A LOAD. For the price you’re paying it, it’s insane to even think about living here. You’re better off renting a room or even a studio at that point with proper management. The manger is extremely careless and doesn’t understand things need to be done right away. I had my door broke for two weeks and I had to use my window to get it. As an end result, he hired someone who just sliced a piece of my door off to fix it leading bugs to come in. Speaking of bugs, there’s giant roaches that come out of your tub. Again no resolution to that cause he simply does not care. It’s not worth your time and money in a place like this. Especially cause he’s gonna increase the price out of the blue fixing damages for apartments we are already paying a lot for.
