Friendly staff, reasonable rates, no problems moving in. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The only problem I’ve had has been a bug problem, but maintenance quickly fixed it and I haven’t seen anything since.

It is a decent apartment complex for students. It can be loud at night, and the gym is relatively small compared to other complexes. Treadmills are always broken.

This is truly the best student living apartment at UNT. Maintenance is always fast and front desk staff are so helpful! The apartment has holiday parties and awesome events that is engaging to renters.

So far this is my second year here and it’s been very peaceful I don’t really worry too much about people stealing packages as long as you’re vigilant. I love my space and the amenities they have.

Very homey and comfortable space to live in. They have fun events year round and try their best to keep their residents happy. The noise level gets kind of loud at night but it’s nothing too crazy.

Pretty good apartment, pretty good amenities. 24 hour cyber lab and gym. Most of the electronic gym equipment does not work but everything else is pretty solid. Pool closed a LOT. Maintenance takes a while to come help but overall okay apartments.
