December 24, 2024I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The office staff are truly exceptional—extremely helpful, sweet, and caring. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to create a welcoming and supportive community. On top of that, the complex itself is absolutely beautiful. The courtyard is always well-maintained and creates such a ...peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The location is truly exceptional as well—convenient to everything I need and in a vibrant, accessible area. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into making this a fantastic place to live. October 29, 2024I have really enjoyed living at 1400 Chestnut. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I haven't had any issues with parking, the pool, trash pickup, or any other services they offer. The only downside is that they don't always send you an email/alert when you get a package in the package room, so sometimes you don't realize you have something there for a day or two.Property Manager Responded
