Nice apartments and the building is in a good location. If you have a pool facing apartment, it can be slightly noisy in your apartment at times. Paying for a parking spot is worth it. Overall experience is decent.

I have really enjoyed living at 1400 Chestnut. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I haven't had any issues with parking, the pool, trash pickup, or any other services they offer. The only downside is that they don't always send you an email/alert when you get a package in the package room, so sometimes you don't realize you have something there for a day or two.
