Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to create a welcoming and supportive community. On top of that, the complex itself is absolutely beautiful. The courtyard is always well-maintained and creates such a ...peaceful and inviting atmosphere. October 29, 2024I have really enjoyed living at 1400 Chestnut. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I haven't had any issues with parking, the pool, trash pickup, or any other services they offer. The only downside is that they don't always send you an email/alert when you get a package in the package room, so sometimes you don't realize you have something there for a day or two.Property Manager Responded
