Great apartment and amazing location!
September 16, 2025I lived here for one year and wish it could have been longer. The apartment was updated, had incredible storage, and was very spacious. The facilities were always very well maintained, including landscaping and the shared laundry. Street parking was ample in the neighborhood and lots of great spots within walking distance. I lived alone and always felt safe. Also, the landlord was very kind and quick to respond to any issues!Review from Apartments.com
Great apartment and landlord
September 4, 2025I lived at 1411 Ellsmere for a year and loved it. The location is great, with delicious restaurants nearby. There is even a fun board game store where you can play D&D. There is a public bus that comes through and goes to Santa Monica and Koreatown. The 10 freeway is nearby. The landlord, Anat, is kind and responsive. She took care of any issue we had in an efficient manner. She was kind and always showed that she cared about our happiness and safety. Great location & landlord
August 25, 2025Updated apartment in a walkable neighborhood (about 20 min to get anywhere in the city). The landlord was quick to respond to requests and I never had an issue with getting things repaired. The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet, the only downside is the noise from the main street but that’s only during high traffic times.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid at all costs
July 5, 2025This property, while newly remodeled has no AC which you think you can handle, but it’s bad especially for the upper units. In addition, there were all day water shut offs for plumbing maintenance at LEAST once a month for the entire duration of our lease including one repair for 21 days straight. The building is not gated, so homeless people invading the parking spaces and laundry room is frequent. The landlord is unresponsive as well. Save your money. Beautifully remodeled apartment!
August 11, 2015All concerns are handled in a timely fashion. The only downside is that the apartment was just remodeled but there's no air conditioning or dishwasher; they would be nice to have, but I guess not necessities. The floors are great and the apartment has brand new appliances. We love our apartment and landlords at 1411 Ellsmere.Review from Apartments.com
