I love living here
July 1, 2020I love living at the Davos. The other reviewer complained about noise - I am on the b side of the building that faces 31st and I sleep great. I'm actually shocked at how good the windows are and how much noise is blocked. The side facing 31st is also set back away from the street. Great doormen, great building, beautiful apartment with every amenity. What's not to love?!Review from Apartments.com
Very noisy!!! Flimsy windows!
October 29, 2018The apartments facing 30th street are extremely noisy and there is very loud construction noise every night. Save your money and go elsewhere! The apartment seems too good to be true for a reason — the bedroom windows are very flimsy and you won’t be able to sleep.Review from Apartments.com
