The building is right across the street from the beautiful Rock Creek Park Golf Course and Recreation facilities - with its wonderful walking, hiking, biking, and horseback riding paths - that are literally steps away. The building is (i) located in Ward 4 in a school district with highly rated schools at all grade levels; (ii) near bus ...
transportation - right on the corner at 16th and Sheridan - that directly connect to downtown DC or to the Silver Spring Metro Station (blue line); and (iii) walking distance to good eateries and shopping on Georgia Avenue - including the Walmart Super Center. Street parking is never a problem. Monitored Security Cameras throughout the interior and exterior of the building ensure the residents' safety and security. These apts have rats chasing you out front mice jumping out on you when you visit friends it sad roaches this owner is a slum Lord he don't care about his clients there is one way in and one-way out if a fire start you can't get out the windows because bars are on them that's a hazard
