People need to know the truth about 1443 Vesta Ave. Rats, roaches, lizards was very bad all times of yr. Insects in summer are horrible. Mood in basement & Water sewer overflows every time it rains too much. Noise bad & you can hear your neighbor next door. Landlord didn't put a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide poisoning or a fire alarm in duplex was told the tenant is responsible not the owner. wires. Only way to contact landlord is through text only. They are some cheap & dishonest people. Read your lease very carefully & check unit before u move in. They will try to keep ur deposits for no good reason. I know because they took my daughters deposit & she was one of the Best tenants they ever had & her unit was clean no trash when she moved out. She also had several things fixed in the unit while living there because they wouldn't do it. They are very deceitful & they talk to other tenants about you & no one was paying the same rent. These type of landlords give other landlords a bad reputation. Not a good place for family with kids should not move in 1443 Vista avenue. Also gang activity & a lot of crime in the surrounding areas. Don't believe everything they say about this duplex or area. Move in at your own risk. Good Luck to whoever rent from these people.
