Ideal Location

Located in between two major universities in a major northeastern US, the building is post-WWII 1970s construction. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, with a separate kitchen and dining area. Close to public transportation both subway and bus access, the apartment also is handicapped accessible with an elevator going up to the 6th floor. Excellent location to shops and restaurants without having the traffic of middle city living.

Small Building, but Big Apartments

The building itself is small looking from the outside, but the space inside the apartment is big. The kitchen is modern and has a lot of storage. The bedrooms vary in size and closet space, but each bedroom has a relatively large closet and there are more closets throughout the apartment for more storage if needed. Also a great balcony that overlooks Commonwealth Avenue that's great for people watching. The apartment is steps away from the B-Line and close to various restaurants and food ...
