Studio Apartment in Condo building
August 6, 2015This is a small condo building in a vibrant part of Columbia Heights. The location couldn't be better with the Target, supermarket, shopping (DSW, Petco, restaurants, etc.) less than a block away. The building management company is mediocre at best and there is a pest issue that they are trying to ameliorate. Pros--pets accepted, laundry on site, small courtyard out back Cons--pest issue, small apartments, no central airReview from Apartments.com
