Great price in the heart of downtown

I live in a house that has been renovated into 5 separate apartments rented out by Pam and Mark Keleher. The interior is beautiful with wood floors, plenty of closet space and I even have a built in dresser! Wide wooden frames around the doors and windows, decorative fireplace and a great view of the lake gives this apartment excellent character. own bathroom, and I believe they will eventually do the same for the apartments upstairs. Rent is very inexpensive for being only a couple blocks away from the capitol and across the street from the lake. Walking distance from the farmer's market, State Street and very close to UW Madison. Plenty of bus stops around also. There are two garage spaces available for rent, which is very handy when students come back as street parking can be difficult. I'm so lucky I found this place and could tell my friends about it as other units became available. All in all, great place to live!
