About 1512 Dekalb Avenue
Hi, I am looking to sublet one room in a Brooklyn apartment from early April until late August. I will be officially moving out at the end of August and you are welcome to take over the lease at that point if you want a more permanent solution. You will be living with two wonderful girls who are clean, polite, and personable. The apartment features 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. We are looking for another girl, preferably, but I am open to all applicants. The building is located: 1.5 blocks from the L subway line (roughly 20 minutes into Manhattan) 3 blocks from the M subway line 2 minutes from a laundrymat (no laundry in the building) 1 subway stop / 15 minutes walk from the gym 2-5 minutes walk from various grocery stores/markets Move-in date will be as soon as possible; your share of the month's rent will be pro-rated depending on the exact date you're able to move in. Utilities average roughly $60 per month, including shared household goods like paper towels, dish soap, etc. The room you'll be living in currently has a queen-size platform bed and mattress, as well as a desk and desk chair. I'm debating just leaving the furniture here, but I will of course remove it if you have no need for it. There is no official parking space allotted to the apartment. I am available to show the apartment from 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm during weekdays, and all day/night during weekends. Please don't hesitate to contact me via email, text, or phone.
