Good basic apartment building
August 12, 2015Nicely sized apartments and smaller building (only 9 units). The neightbors are generally quiet and friendly. Bonus, Plenty of parking in an open lot as street parking can be a hassle in Hollywood with street sweeping days. The apartment itself is bright with a solid layout and good sized bedroom. No a/c but there is an awesome cross breeze that keeps it cooler and maintains a nice airflow cycle.Review from Apartments.com
