Affordable, nice and safe neighborhood

It is a small apartment affordable and in a safe neighborhood with a lot of shops on the step of our door. East Falls Church Metro is walking distance, it takes me 12 to 16 minutes. Metro Bus is 1 minute walk from the doorstep. It is of 1940's and it has wall to wall carpet. It has a laundry room in the basement for all tenants. It doesn't have a range hood in the kitchen. It comes with an a/c. Its a sweet and lovely home!
