Great management, great location

Every apartment comes with a washer/dryer and there is also a laundry room in the basement which is super helpful! Management is always helpful and on top of things when something needs fixing. There is a bit of a mouse problem in the summer and there have been some roach sightings, but we are sure to email management every time we see one and someone always comes in the next 1-2 days to set up traps/exterminate, so it has never gotten out of hand. It's a five minute walk from the 1 train, and ...

the M7 and M116 buses stop right across the street from the apartment. Additionally, the M60 SBS to Laguardia is one block away, as well as the Broadway M104 bus and the Amsterdam M11 bus. Needless to say, a super convenient location with a lot of transportation options. The B/C trains are also just a 10 minute walk east. Central Park is super close and just to the west is Riverside Park. I do wish there was an elevator. I live on the 3rd floor, so not too bad, but I do feel bad for the poor souls that have to walk up to the 5th floor every day!
