Noisy Community

This community is in a noisy area and in a heavy trafficked airplane area. Garage doors are not maintained/oiled, so you’ll hear the noise every time they are opened/closed, including those from nearby residents. Walls are thin so you can hear when the next door neighbor turns on water/etc. Units have poor insulation. The property is also located directly adjacent to a childcare facility.

landlord/property management/staff will park in parking stalls when they visit. This is not ideal when you are coming home from a long day at work.
The rent is on the higher side for what you get. At first glance, remodeled units are aesthetically pleasing, but you’ll quickly notice the poor workmanship and defects. Older units are not maintained; air filters are not replaced.
Aside from a community laundry room, there are no amenities. There is no on-site security, and there have been frequent thefts in vehicles. Some residents have taken matters into their own hands by installing cameras and walking around with “protection.”
