NASTY, INFESTED, TOXIC, AND CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!
October 26, 2017This place is disgusting!!!!! Roach infested, mice infested, and just nasty!!!!! The owner is a money hungry bum, and his manager/maintenance guy is just a pawn in his web of shadiness. If I could post the pictures of the tons of German Roaches I would, and the mice!!! Do not rent here, you will live to regret it!!! They will take your money and still file paperwork against you. They also will discuss your personal tenant information with any and everyone which BTW is illegal!!! March 2, 2017HIGH LEVELS OF BLACK TOXIC MOLD WE JUST MOVED FROM THIS PLACE AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE I DON'T WISH THIS ON MY WORST ENEMY. THEY LIE TO THE TENANTS ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF THEM ON THE PHONE. THEY NEVER FIX THINGS THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE FIXED BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY AND DON'T WANT TO PUT THE MONEY OUT THERE. YET HAS HOUSES IN SAN PEDRO ON THE BEACH. IF YOU START COMPLAINING OF THINGS THAT ARE BROKEN THEY WILL SEMI FIX IT THEN IF YOU KEEP ON ABOUT IT THEY WILL WRONGFULLY EVICT ...YOU AND LIE IN COURT AND EVEN GO AS FAR AS CHANGING DATES ON PAPERWORK TO "PROVE" THEIR LIES. WHOEVER MOVES INTO THIS PLACE ARE RISKING THEIR HEALTH AND WHO EVER THEY HAVE MOVE IN WITH THEM DUE TO THE HIGH LEVELS OF THE BLACK TOXIC MOLD.
