October 15, 2018The apartments are beautiful and fair priced according to value. There is a certain wow factor when a guest sees the atrium. I would not recommend the following: the rear of the building is often inaccessible, with neighbors blocking the door with portable toilets, garbage, or caution tape. Management could do more to advocate for people in the area to respect our space and our entrances.Property Manager Responded

I know there was a time when nearby construction was frequently blocking the entrance/exit. We did address the issue each time we were notified and myself and the other staff members have not noticed this problem occur since the construction has been completed next door.
