We are in a part of Redondo Beach called Riviera Village, which has lots of restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, coffee shops, as well as music and poetry reading on certain nights. Walk around and pick up a copy of the free Beach Reporter, the Reader, or the local paper the Daily Breeze for more information about what's happening in the area. Great surfing/biking/walking/skateboarding on beach and bluffs or to nearby piers with seafood restaurants, arcade, marine attractions and more. Full ocean view from living room and balcony where you often see dolphins and seasonal migrating whales. Lovely beach breezes. The apartment is right across from the ocean. It is 200 yards from a marine preserve for great snorkeling and diving. Cliffs set back from the beach rise up for beautiful views. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing. In the other direction it is a short ten minute walk on a beach path to Redondo Pier and restaurants, dolphin and whale watching trips, multiple fresh seafood markets, motor and sailboat rentals in addition to surfboards, paddle-boards and roller-blades. Located 2 blocks from the heart of Riviera Village. this is a beach-type-town shopping area with a large grocery store, Post Office, Trader Joe's, banks, Starbucks and other coffee-shops, gourmet and mid-priced restaurants including vegetarian, French, Italian, Mexican, seafood...
