Decent apartment and decent management
April 10, 2022
Maintenance was pretty good and quick to fix things. The actual landlord was never around. Parking in the neighborhood can be an issue if you have more than one car or if you use your garage as storage. The building is old but the appliances in our unit were brand new. We did need to buy a fridge and the apartment did not have AC.
