CARPET IS VERY STAINED AND OLD, BOTH BATHROOM CABINETS AND SINKS ARE MOLDY AND CRACKED, SHOWER HEADS ARE OLD AND RUSTY, TOILETS ARE RUSTY AS WELL AND WATER TOILET IS LEAKING FROM TANK, KITCHEN COUNTERS ARE 70'S STYLE COLOR AND STOVE IS OLD AND UNEVEN AND TWO BURNERS ARE NOT WORKING, STOVE FAN VENTILATOR JUST BURNT OUT AND NOT WORKING AT ALL. BEDROOM CLOSET DOORS ARE BROKEN AND LANDLORD JUST FIXED THE A/C UNIT AND WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE RENT PAYMENT WILL BE INCREASED STARTING SEPT. 1ST
