BAD MANAGEMENT

The property is poorly taken care of, the current manager is very careless and short with her tenants, its trash all over the place daily, very hard to get in contact with the manager who lives on the premises but you can hardly get in contact with her, If you have a problem inside your apartment she takes forever to respond you have to text her in order to communicate with her and sometimes she does not even respond to texts. the apartment complex use to be wonderful now its going down hill ...

This is a nice little complex that has two sides. On one side you are able to have satellite TV because of the signal and it is cable-ready on both sides. The cable provider for this complex seems to be Time Warner and they are persistent so beware. There is a nice pool and a laundry room near it. The manager is nice but they could give better notice of inspections and when the water is going to be shut off. Also there is only one maintenance man for 3 or 4 apartment complexes which can prolong ...
any minor repairs. They are fairly quick with urgent maintenance needs though. This is a friendly complex in the city of Bellflower.

This apartment is located in a gated community in Bellflower, California. The apartment grounds are kept very clean and the apartments are well maintenanced. The landscaping of the grounds is very attractive. I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and it is a good size. The livingroom and master bedroom are pretty spacious. This apartment has a lovely balcony attachment that is great for storage or setting out lounge chairs for relaxing. The kitchen has great cabinet space. The bedroom ...
closets are pretty spacious as well. The crown molding lining gives the apartment an elegant look. A laundery room with new washers and dryers is conveniently located on the grounds. And for your pleasure and delight, a refreshing pool is located on on the grounds as well.
