I’m not sure what happened but it seems like all of the realtors in White plains have lost their minds. They are all very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t even let you get a word in. The convo goes like this hello good even I’m… before you can even finish they go what address are you call about what’s your credit what’s your monthly pay etc then you are like yes I understand but I have… plus my income… no you don’t qualify. How I’d I have … yes my credit is not awesome but I have … plus my income ...
and it’s guaranteed monthly payment… I’m pretty sure the end result of this whole boom to white plains is kicking out anyone who doesn’t make 100+k a year and have a 720credit score..

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL

I want to preface this by saying that over that last few weeks I've had to bite my tongue with rude leasing agents and property managers. However the woman I spoke to here was the worst I've come across. When I tell you my jaw was on the floor...I called to introduce myself and to inquire about a viewing and immediately I felt like I was bothering this woman. Regardless of my excellent credit and my normal salary, the woman quite literally hung up on me mid sentence for not meeting the 75k salary ...
requirement. After I called back to get more information being that I live with my partner she talked loudly over me saying "You do not qualify, You do not qualify,You do not qualify. What do you not understand?". Im still in disbelief at how poorly this was handled. To the management, I would have loved to show you my bank account and give you more information about myself, my partner and financial situation before I was so rudely turned away for not meeting a RIDICULOUS income requirement. And to the woman I spoke with, please just quit your job if you hate it so much or at the very least take a vacation. Theres enough ugly in the world, don't add to it.
