SMALL BUT NICE

I live in a 4 apartment building in Highwood, IL. Situated about a quater mile from Lake Michigan. It's a small one bedroom apt, albeit odd shaped as it is longer then it is wide. I would call it "T" shaped. It features an open floor plan, 10 foot ceilings and over in places, a tray ceiling in the bedroom, good counter space and storage in the kitchen plus a small storage space towards the of the apartment. As well as tons of windows, wood floors, a gas fireplace, gas stove, and a dishwasher. ...
Pets are allowed. The only unfortunate points are because I live in the front if the building I do not have indoor access to the laundry room so I have ro go outside and around to the back door. They can also be a little on the slow side to get things fixed. As it is an inividual who owns the building not a management company. Other wise Highwood is a very nice community with lots of local festivals, resturants and bars.
