For this place to be as expensive as it is there should be free parking. My car has been towed and I’ve gotten numerous parking tickets. I can’t even have guests come over without them getting a parking ticket. It cost over 100 for garage parking which I think isn’t fair considering nobody got that shi these days and it’s already bad enough paying almost $1400 for a one bedroom.

As a downtown community, parking in our secured garage is offered as an optional amenity for residents for a monthly fee, which is consistent with many properties in the area. To help ensure availability and fairness for residents who have registered parking, vehicles that are not registered or parked outside of community guidelines may receive warnings, citations, or towing in accordance with our parking policy.
We do offer guest parking options and are always happy to help review those with residents to make visits easier for their guests. If you would like to discuss your situation further, please feel free to reach out to the leasing office and we would be happy to assist.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. This building has serious ventilation and mold issues. Apparently we will have to consult an attorney to even try to recoup/replace and move. We have been offered a pitiful amount of money that does not begin to cover her expenses and loss. My daughter has emailed the manager regarding compensation but received no response. She moved here 2 months ago and is not financially prepared for another move and all that it entails. My advice~ DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Do not rent from here. I rented in August and my vents were FILLED with BLACK MOLD. Management has not taken this issue seriously and I have waited over a month for the vents to be cleaned. Huge health concern because I have had respiratory issues due to the mold. Apparently this mold is affecting a lot of the units, and they still rent them out…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I'll begin with the Pros: Kind and helpful maintenance staff. All of my requests were fixed quickly. Building is clean and well-maintained. Safe, great proximity to bars and restaurants. Units themselves have big windows, large kitchen and bathroom(s).
However, management is disorganized. Before I moved in, I called multiple times to confirm my move-in date and time. When I arrived, the very kind, but new leasing assistant had no idea I was moving in - managers had not left my keys or any ...
instructions for him. It was resolved quickly, but shocking to arrive from out of town with your Uhaul and family/friends helping you move, only to be told that they didn’t know you were moving in.
Additionally, you may or may not get covered parking. Part of the reason I decided to live here is because it’s one of the few places I found with a parking garage within my price range. I was given a covered parking spot on my move-in day, only to have it taken away because it had been promised to a subletter who was moving in. Since August, I’ve been told that I would be on a waiting list for a covered parking spot. I’ve checked in with the managers every month, and finally was told I’d be getting a spot in December. Checked in with them again on December 7th, only to be told they’ve lost the waiting list in a computer system change and they would get back to me. I’ve emailed them and left a voicemail to follow up, but received no response. It’s been a frustrating experience.

This is the biggest joke of a "luxury apartment" I have ever experienced. From the pictures, it looked like a good fit. I filled out the application online and was approved. I decided to take a chance and lease the apartment sight-unseen. The move-in special at the time was "2 months FREE RENT on your New Luxury Apartment Home!! Gated Parking Garage!" Fast forward two months when I arrive in Chattanooga and try to pick up the keys. The guy in the office was very friendly, but said I should have ...
received a move-in packet, and lease agreements before hand. I didn't receive these items. We were able to proceed and I was able to move in that day. I was assigned a parking space, not in the garage, but on the very top of the garage, as far as possible away from my unit. The garage has more than enough space to be FCFS for parking and leave the top of the uncovered garage for overflow parking. I wish I would have known my parking spot was going to be assigned and uncovered. The available amenities online list twice "Garage Parking" and "Attached Garage/Carport." I asked if I could move my spot to a location closer to my unit and said they were all full, and I would be placed on a list...Upon moving my belongings into the unit, I discovered the fridge wasn't very cold, but figured it just needed to be turned down. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working either, so I pulled the fridge out from the wall and turn the water switch on. This didn't solve the issue with the ice maker, so I placed a maintenance request. The ice maker was fixed within a couple days. Next, I realized my fridge wouldn't get below 65 degrees and my washer wasn't working correctly either. I put in another request and it took about a week for my washer and three weeks for my fridge to be replaced. Next, I log into the resident portal to review August rent and other charges. They did pro-rate July's rent, because I moved in halfway through the month, but didn't list my first two months free. Oh, and surprise, they charge $125/month for UNCOVERED Parking! The parking charge isn't listed anywhere on their website and you are not made aware of it until you are signing all of your leasing documents. I tried to reach out to the office twice through the resident portal, but I guess they only send messages, don't receive/read incoming messages... The service request feature on the portal also doesn't work. Convenient... Not the "luxury apartment" complex they present themselves as
