June 8, 2018You rather live in a carboard box for rent. Maintenance none at all. Lease states only under fee. No security and on-site management. Doesn’t have no concern over tentants safety. Gangs, Violence & Uncaring landlords.
August 13, 2016Renting an apartment is not easy. Most people just want a safe place to lay their heads at night and raise their families. The owners of this complex do not care about your safety or the living condition children have to live in. The level of disarray that this building and other buildings that this business owns is mind blowing. Maintenance personal are the most unqualified under trained people that have ever touched a power tool. Bad water pipes that cause floods and will ruin any and all ...property that you own. Fire hazards, poor trash pick up, poor security lighting, gangs violence, shooting, stabbing, and the thief are just a few of the day to day things a child a young person or family might encounter.
