Not terrible but not good either.
July 31, 2015This is a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. There is not enough storage space for more than 2, maybe 3, people to live here. The bedrooms are small and one has a cabinet while the other has a closet. The whole apartment has bad insulation, it is freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. During the summer a lot of flies like to get in through the screen protected windows. So, it is hard to keep the apartment cool without having to invest in an AC. Street parking here is absolutely the ...worst,l (next to impossible if you come home late) but there are 4 parking spots available for a price if they are not all taken. The kitchen is a decent size but you must provide your own fridge. The bathroom is fine as long as you don't mind not having a bathtub. The neighborhood is a little iffy and there's parties every weekend but at least it's close to dowtown Long Beach? Finally, the owner is nice, never had any problems. So, this apartment is not good but it's not horribly awful, mostly because parking is offered. It's really bad here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
