Lovely Apartment in Lovely Area!
August 12, 2015These apartments are located in Thai Town and just close enough to Hollywood that you feel you aren't missing anything. Under new management, the place is going through many renovations and beautifying treatments and it's only getting better. Our unit was completely renovated before we moved it. Brand new appliances, granite countertops, and finished wood floors. Utilities are included which is great considering you'll be running your AC or heater in this flippity-floppity LA weather. Manager is ...awesome and makes sure you are taken care of if you have any problems. We had a small bug problem and dishwasher issue but it was fixed immediately. Great neighborhood where everything is within the block with the Metro subway station a short 3 minute walk away and about a 15 minute to walk to Hollywood and Vine.
