I've lived at this location for over a year now. The management is friendly and are always on top of maintenance/repairs. I haven't had any problems living here. There's an elevator, pool, shared laundry room, electric heat, air condition, and a parking garage. The building and my apartment in particular could use some updating but for a 60s apartment and for the reasonable rent I pay, I really can't complain. I feel safe in the neighborhood and it's walking distance to many stores, restaurants, ...
and Griffith Park. It can get noisy on occasions but for Hollywood that's expected. People don't move out of here often and when they do the open rentals get taken quick. I truly feel that I lucked out on getting this apartment and I have no plans on moving out anytime soon.
