They had me at hello!
August 29, 2015Finally, I've found an apartment in LA that is 1. Affordable 2. Safe 3. Clean 4. Legit! They are reasonably priced, especially for the beautiful Los Feliz neighborhood. They went out of their way to help me find an apartment as quickly as possible when I contacted them. I felt like I was the only person that mattered to them however, as much as I'd like to believe I was the only person they were dealing with Im sure I was not: This is a 4 building complex! This place has a super cute retro vibe, ...bringing you back to the 1940s but only in a really good way. The apartment staff is friendly, knowledgable and available. I've lived in apartments in the past where management is harder to find than Jimmy Hoffa, but here there is an office on site and most of the staff also live on site! Everything is included except electric, so just put into practice all those times your dad yelled at you to "turn off the light!" There is the option to pay extra for parking but street parking is fairly simple here. It's pet friendly, laundry on site,(which is cheaper than the laundromat and less smelly) secured entrance to each building, oh and it comes with a refrigerator, which might sound standard, but here in LA it is not! They are the first landlords I've had in LA that are not scammers, they are a legit company who cares that you are happy and secure! (Actually I think they might write that into your lease, I'll have to check) I know it sounds too good to be true but I'm going on my 8 month anniversary here (thank you we're so happy!) and I'm still in the honeymoon phase!
