Living at 1748 E 1st Street was a wonderful experience. The apartment was good sized with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces which was very difficult to find in this area. Parking was very important to me and this is one one of the only buildings in this area I found that not only offered 2 parking spaces, but offered it without any additional cost. I also liked the fact that my apartment had washer and dryer hookups in the unit. This was so much better than a common laundry room as ...

I was so happy to finally be able to do laundry in the privacy of my own home! Management was nice and responsive. A !
