Not bad..... Great value for the Money$$$

My Apartment is a one bedroom one bathroom unit. It sits upstairs with only one neighbor to the North. The complex in whole (four units) is comprised of a single one bedroom unit, a two bedroom two bathroom unit & two three bedroom two bathroom units. The building itself is in a slightly dis repaired state, but the interiors on all four units are nicely appointed. My unit has tile floors throughout, a large bathroom with an even larger shower! Each unit comes with a garage, single car for the one ...
& two bedroom units and a two car for the three bedroom units. The appliances could use an upgrade however, everything works as it's supposed to. The management company is easy to work with and is prompt to repair whatever is broken within the units. The area is nice, a greenbelt is located directly across the street for walking or bike riding. The beach is located approx. 4.0 miles away. The building resides in a cul de sac with four other buildings (all of which are well maintained and of small tenant size). The unit also has a small patio which is nicely sized for BBQ and sitting outside to enjoy the coastal breeze. I rate this apartment 4.0 out of 5.0 stars due only to the fact that the exterior of the building needs a facelift and some new features such as windows & paint but to name a few.
