A joke!

I lived there for nearly 2 years. There was mold in the bathrooms, leaks from the 2nd floor all the way into the basement. The heater in the living room and master bedroom didn't work. When I spoke with the manager of the place she said they would look into it and never did for 2 years! They send you constant eviction notices even if it's a day late and you have made arrangements in your lease. They threaten to sue over everything. Its not well insulated, and there are massive amounts of cracks ...

in the foundation, so if you are in the basement, you must be careful or you'll end up with the patio above in your only entry way. We massively flooded because the maintenance person decided they didn't want to shovel the back walk way, and then said after we complained about half our apartment being flooded, that there was nothing they could do to have prevented it. Seriously unless you are extremely desperate avoid this place!

Lived there for 9 months, had three floodings, all which maintenance basically give you your own rugdoctor to handle yourself, toilet had one problem after another, until finally they had to replace the whole thing. The Landlady is not an understanding individual and denies almost any problem you report, and then wants to sue you for problems that happened to your apartment naturally! A lot of tenants are on drugs, so it's not a kid friendly apartment you'd wanna raise your children in. And also ...

there are break ins every few months or so. They fix everything completely cheap, so there's bound to be more problems to follow after they come in and 'fix it' to save a few bucks. And last but not least, the walls are lined with black mold which they deny being there. You can see years and years of neglect, which they seem to just paint over and call it a day. Police are here so often for different dramatic incidents they practically live there. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT'S AWFUL.
