November 30, 2018Nice place, but once you're in the management is lacking. Hard to get things fixed and when they do it's done in the cheapest way possible so that everything needs to be fixed over and over.Review from Apartments.com

September 16, 2015Two bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath, two story townhouses located in the residential leg of Montana Ave. considered to be "the Rodeo Drive of Santa Monica". Two car security garage parking and a garage level basement room with hookup for washers and dryers or use the facility provided machines. The airy and spacious living room/dining room looks out onto a private patio. Upstairs master bedroom/bathroom has a balcony overlooking that patio and high wood-beamed ceiling, a walk in closet and two sinks, the ...second upstairs bedroom also has a balcony overlooking Montana Ave. and there is second full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
