I have resided in this apartment for almost a year now and have extended the lease for another year. The apartment has two rooms and a living room with one of the largest kitchens I have seen in Boston (12 x 18) which was just remodeled in before we occupied it. The heating is centralized and can get really hot during the winter if you forget to close it off. The bathroom is small with a tub/shower combination that is in a nook of the bathroom with barely 2 ft x 5 ft of standing room in the bath ...
room. The apartment is right on the "B" line (Green line) and about an 8 minute walk to the "C" line and another few minutes past that to the "D" line, so you have three choices! There are 20-30 different restaurants including one of the Best pizza places and clam chowder (different restaurants) in Boston within a 15 minute walk. A whole foods is a 15 minute walk, and Star Market is 20 minute walk. Street parking on Commonwealth Ave is unmetered and no parking pass is needed. With a resident parking pass you won't have to go more than a 5 minute walk from your apartment except in the deep winter.
