Good Place with Plumbing Issues

The Good: Steps off the B line, close to C and D lines Pretty quiet neighborhood Nice trees provide shade in the summer Newly remodeled kitchen In-basement laundry The Bad: Under 500 square feet Closets can only be used by insanely tall people unless modified In-basement laundry often eats coins The Ugly: Steps off the B line Bathroom plumbing in unit upstairs breaks ALL THE TIME which floods your bathroom Shower plumbing clogs regularly for no reason ...

Pipes in kitchen leak a little bit and landlord never fixes Overall, it's a pretty good place to live if you can put up with two to three major plumbing inconveniences a year (and handle the B line).
