The price for a one bedroom unit is nice especially when the unit is spacious. There is a lady that cleans up the apartment hallway, entry and any trash outside in the parking lot every morning. Though, the apartments are nice, there are cockroaches in the apartment no matter how much you clean and bleach down your apartment. kitchen and bathroom belongings and place them elsewhere in order for them to do inspection. Also, they give you a short notice of three days. If you do not clean anything out, they will fine you. There cameras DO NOT work. The apartments are not a smoke-free environment as it is being said. The neighborhood is not a good area to live in due to numerous robbery. There is hardly anywhere to park in parking lot. Off street parking has only one side of the road for parking.
