Mediocre everything

Neighborhood is a bit iffy Maintenance is bad Landlord is absent but at least he leaves you be Apartment condition is problematic, but not unsafe (see number 2) We have trouble getting most things fixed. Not here is little to no upkeep on the building. If outside lights go out, they stay out for 6 months or more. If we call with bug problems, we end up hiring our own or living with bugs (No!). Solution to termites, was to cut down all shade trees, sigh...still have termites. Don't rent here ...
