May 25, 2022I've lived here for two years and I'll probably be here for a couple more. I can't find a better option than this building anywhere in or around NYC. Max 10 minute walk to the JSQ path, putting you bout a 45-60 minutes from midtown. Management is friendly and responsive, I've never waited more than a day or two for any issue. Leroy, the super, is the best. He has come let me into my apartment on short notice more than once when I've locked myself out. Apartments are a good size for the ...price and the higher up units on the Manhattan facing side of the building offer some real nice views. Gated parking is available at a reasonable rate. The gym is nothing special but okay for a light workout. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The surrounding area is unremarkable, but you are 10 mins from Downtown/Grove St and Hoboken. Most major highways are nearby making it easy to get in and out of the area. There are a LOT of apartments being built in the area, I think it'll be a much more popular spot in the next five years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Management ignores you
February 11, 2022They make no effort to respond to your requests for maintenance unless you create drama. Everything in the apartment is cheap from the floor boards to the paint, the cabinets bang each other or the fridge or the stove. Elevator always smells like cigarette smoke, or an old and sour mop. The so called gym or fitness center has equipment that is in terrible shape. The rent it is not worth the listed price.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing Apartment and Management
November 10, 2020This is my review from living in this building for 2 years and still going. This building is very clean, big, and best of all the rent is the best. The amenities include parking garage, gym, and convenient key system. Lastly, the management is so responsive. I requested a fix in my bathroom, and they came the next day to fix my issue. I've already renewed my lease, and planning to stay here for a while.Review from Apartments.com
