Unless You Like Noisy Neighbors
July 20, 2020On multiple occasions, no follow up from management after they would promise to text or call to let us know how they handled our complaint with a noisy neighbor. This person would have people over in the bedroom next to ours where they would talk in loud voices oftentimes generating into shouting usually for hours on end between 11pm and 4am. My wife and I would have to go into our livingroom to get any sleep. Above us was someone who would pound on walls and scream. He would bother us when ...he would slam something heavy onto the floor. For what reason? We don't know and felt like we could never approach him. We know that he had a neighbor next to him who moved out after only 2-3 months. We could only speculate on that - we didn't know those tenants. We were allowed to leave our lease - getting permission only after leaving a text and voicemail on one day and then an email the next. Little did we feel that they wanted to do what they could to help us reconsider our move. We were happy for the first 5 years of living there but then we got bad neighbors. My suggestion - although you may end up next to people who are okay don't bank on it. They seem to let in alot of troublemakers who can male your life miserable. The rent may be reasonably priced for the area but for this place I do not think it is worth taking this chance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
