Worst apartment and management.

There are rats in this building. Not one but u will find multiple in ur house. No air conditioning even if they advertise so. Management will charge u for smallest repairs even if they are not fault and if u don’t pay they will harass u with empty threats of eviction notice. Its very dirty and mis managed. The supervisor is super racial and rude.

We would like to clarify that the current management team only recently took over the building. Many of the issues you’ve mentioned may relate to conditions prior to our takeover. Since assuming management, we have been actively working on upgrading and improving the property, including addressing maintenance concerns and overall building conditions. That said, we take all resident feedback seriously. If you are currently experiencing issues such as pests, maintenance problems, please report them directly to the building office.
