    • Great place, great price

      I feel very lucky to have found the apartment I've been in for 4 years. It's in a very central part of town, which is so important in LA. It's right off the 10 freeway which makes it 15 min from the beach or downtown, but north of the freeway enough that it's only 20-30 min from Hollywood. It's safe and walkable, just a block south from many million dollar houses. Our neighbors are friendly, and we try to respect each other's privacy. Our management company is responsive when there's an issue and ...
      they usually fix things quickly. I hear so many people complain about their apartments and their management companies that I feel very fortunate to have found a good one. Our apartment itself is also much bigger than most that I've seen in LA, especially for the price. My room is 11'x16' with its own full bathroom, so my roommate and I don't have to share. It's got a huge kitchen, and is really an ideal living space for a young professional or working family.
