Terrible Landlord do not Trust her
September 14, 2017Thank God I just moved out of this Complex. The owner is lazy and would not fix anything. The Apartments are notorious for Roach Infestation and Rats. The Air conditioning leaked all the time and ruined the floor. Our front door needed replacement and management would do a quick fix and it would be broke within days. Our plumbing was terrible and needed repair constantly. When they had to tear out the back walls they never painted over the patchwork job they did. The backyard of our unit was ...covered by leaves all the time due to the tree growing in between our complex and the one in back. Branches constantly fall and break stuff. Management would do nothing about the tree. The patio was crumbling and management never fixed it. We needed weather proofing on the windows and it was never provided. WORST COMPLEX EVER!
August 28, 2015I don't want to get to deep into the reasons why this complex is terrible. The whole buildings water pipes are covered and corroded with rust, the water comes out orange and dirty. The water has stained the sinks with a gold streak from where the water hits. Also, the complex is infested with roaches in and outside of the building. The flooring around the toilet in our restroom is caving in and they refuse to fix it, just like they refuse to replace the rusted pipes. The complex owner is lazy and ...irresponsible. The apartment management is a handicapped/disabled very old man. We pay an insane amount of money for rent and utilities for this many issues, not to mention a huge health risk. I have to use bottled water just to cook at home. I hate the staff and the complex all around, I would do anything to get out of our lease early!!!
