I have lived in this apartment since the day I moved to Los Angeles, California--which was over 14 years ago? Take it from me, if you're new to LA this pocket of the city (Los Feliz)is an excellent place to make your roots! Aside from the great amenities of the area, including being close to major highways, great restaurants and bars, shops and movies and entertainment, Griffith Park, and so much more, it is all within minutes walk anywhere in Los Feliz. The area of the city has really ...

motivated me to stay in my apartment and LA. Now if you are one of the lucky people that gets to live in this particular building, you'll know your apartment is actually worth the LA rent! It is a 10 unit building with underground parking, and is owned by an individual (not a corporation) managed by an off-site manager (not an inflexible property management company). Each of the units are two bedroom two bathroom with gas fireplaces. The second floor units have a loft in every apartment and a private rooftop patio(I have one of these :-)). My unit has a main floor balcony too (4 of the 10 units have balconies). Every guest and/or out of town visitor loves my apartment, and area. I have been told countless times never to move...and I still plan to stay as long as possible, this is Los Feliz love!! Move in next door and find out all that this pocket of the city has to offer you! Good luck on your search ;-) I hope you are as happy as I am with your apartment home!!
