Sure the rent was cheap but it's for a reason. There were roaches, bed bugs, the frequent visit of the complex being surrounded by cops to look for someone, and the constant fighting of neighbors. I had a crack in my cieling which I had repeatedly told the manager Sandra to take a look at because it looked to be getting bigger, only for her to constantly ignore it. My cieling ended up crashing down, not only onto all my furniture but on top of my own head too. As much as I'd love to still sue for ...
