I have lived here for several years, been through 3 owners and 2 management companies. This last owner does not maintain the property, the front lawn area is just packed dirt for the past year, yes I know we are in a drought but at least replace the old lawn with drought resistant planting like other building in the area. Now we are having a rat problem and although poison was set out we were just told to call the owner if we saw a rat. no instruction what else to to ... when called we were told it may take several hours to a day to have someone pick up dead or live captured ones. The apartments themselves are OK and the neighbors ( we are small, 6 units) are great and we have bonded over this landlord.
